Lincoln’s Last Day Of Kindergarten!

Lincoln’s CCK class made a video for their end of year ceremony, explaining what they wanted to be when they grew up... Lincoln chose to be a teacher—No doubt inspired by the amazing individuals that have  taught, guided, mentored & inspired him for the past year! #Autism #ASD

Oh, yeah, he’s also a HUGE fan of music class!

Ms. Gosnell is a SAINT and was ROBBED when it comes to being named “Teacher of The Year!”

THANK YOU, Ms. LaHurd! You are INCREDIBLE and will be MISSED!

And, THANK YOU Mrs. McCarty! You’ve become one of Lincoln’s BEST FRIENDS, always know how to make him SMILE, and without question—You have found YOUR CALLING!

Autism isn’t easy... It’s not easy for us, and it definitely isn’t easy for Lincoln, but, we’ve made some huge strides this year... In the end, Lincoln was at the top of his class in end of year State testing—Passing at a “normal” & “neurotypical” 1st grade academic level! His reading scores were “off the chart!”

To anyone reading this, and to anyone who has followed our journey during this past year:

THANK YOU! We really do appreciate it, and every kind word, thought & prayer DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! And on to 1st Grade!
