HOW TO GET STARTED
1. A valid prescription for “Sildenafil 20 mg” is required to start this order. Please note that we CANNOT substitute any prescription (or refill) written for Viagra.
2. If you have an existing prescription for “Sildenafil 20 mg”, we could call your pharmacy to transfer your prescription OR you could call your pharmacy to transfer to Josefs.
3. If you DO NOT have an existing prescription for Sildenafil but an existing prescription for Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, & Staxyn,
a. To expedite, please call and ask your doctor to change your existing prescription to following new prescription “Sildenafil 20mg, #50, Take 2-5 tablets as needed for sexual activity” & next, escribe new prescription to Josefs Pharmacy, 2100 New Bern Ave, Raleigh, NC 27610 or any of our 3 locations.
b. Alternatively, we could make a phone call to the prescriber to get authorization for same. If you’re a new patient, please anticipate delays with this option.
4. If you don’t have any existing prescription for treatment of Erectile Dysfunction, please schedule an appointment with your doctor. Please ask your doctor to escribe new prescription for “Sildenafil 20mg, #50, Take 2-5 tablets as needed for sexual activity” to Josefs Pharmacy, 2100 New Bern Ave, Raleigh, NC 27610.
5. Please complete the following info and we will call you back in 2 hours or sooner. If you don’t hear from us, please feel free to call us at 919-212-2555. 1. Once script is received by us, we will notify you what to expect. You can either come by our stores to pick up or we will delivery by next day.
