ABOUT:

Adam Doman grew up in Wake Forest and is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He currently resides with his wife and four kids in a small farming community in Hurdle Mills, NC. Adam was interested in an investment career out of college and started as a Stock Broker with DLJ Direct located in Charlotte, NC. After a year with DLJ Direct he was recruited to the retail investment group at First Union Bank. This opportunity gave him a more consultative approach to discuss a diverse portfolio of services with First Union customers. Adam spent many years building his reputation & clientele therefore it wasn’t long before Founders Federal Credit Union recruited him to manage 11 branches as a Financial Planner and 401(k) Specialist. Adam later relocated with his wife to Durham, NC where he started his own financial planning and 401k investment firm, NCF & Woodbury Financial Services.

Several years later Administaff/ Insperity was in process of expanding their operations in North Carolina and recruited Adam to launch the Raleigh/ Durham market for PEO services. The “target” client was small businesses with 10 or more employees in the manufacturing, engineering, IT, law firms, physician offices and government contractors. Adam was in a pure, 100% sales/business development role with focus on the government contracting sector where he spent most time between Raleigh, Fayetteville and Washington, DC. While at Administaff, Adam quickly discovered an industry that was a natural fit and he excelled rapidly. Adam grew the Raleigh office from last place of 48 locations to the #3 office in the country and achieved this within 18 months. Later in his career, Adam was presented with the opportunity of a lifetime which was to build & manage the first licensed PEO headquartered in the state of North Carolina. The triangle market is one of the fastest growing areas in the country for small businesses therefore it made perfect sense for PathGoal to call Raleigh their home.

Throughout Adam’s career he’s received key awards & accomplishments including Rookie Of The Year, Two Year Straight President’s Club, 3rd Quarter Fast Track Chairman’s Club, Four Year Straight Chairman’s Club, Fast Start Award, 1, 2 & 3 Million Dollar Club, Administaff’s # 1 PEO Sales Rep in North Carolina and Top 5% Sales Rep Nationwide, Series 7, 63, Life & Health Licenses, South Eastern Fast Track Award, First Union Top Sales Rep Award and lastly AXA Distributor Top Producer Award.
